Nongshim are the largest producers of instant noodles and snack foods in South Korea, previously operating under the Lotte brand name. They have produced a vast range of Korean food products since they were founded back in 1965. Their hot & spicy bowl noodle soup, or Yukgaejang ramen, offers up a bold, peppery dish that's balanced with a diverse blend of spices and flavours. These instant noodles draw their inspiration from Yukgaejang, a traditional Korean spicy beef soup. Deliciously spicy and garnished with crisp fish cake and green onion, this classic hot and spicy Korean noodle soup is loaded with springy, dried wheat noodles, and plenty of seasoning. The rich soy sauce-based soup is light yet satisfyingly moreish, and is packed with plenty of flavour. To prepare, simply fill the bowl with boiling water and leave for three minutes to cook.
