Founded in 1974, Fairsen are a Taiwanese company specialising in the production of powdered foods, in particular for the creation of jellies and other puddings. Fairsen's Taro Flavour Pudding Powder has the earthy, nutty, and vanilla-like notes assosciated with Taro. Taro's taste is often compared to sweet potato. The pudding is a jelly-like dessert that is easily prepared. Firstly, pour 600 ml of boiling water into a saucepan before adding a pack of pudding powder (105g), and stirring it is fully dissolved. Once you're happy that is fully mixed, pour the mixture into a mold and allow to cool to room temperature over about three hours. Place in the refridgerator to allow to chill and enjoy your fresh delicious pudding.
