Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo Sauce is a variant of the iconic green-capped hot sauce from Flying Goose, a brand synonymous with Sriracha. Sriracha is a Thai hot sauce made from typically chilli peppers, distilled vinegar, pickled garlic, sugar, and salt. It is believed to have originated in the 1940s in the Thai town of Si Racha, when a Thai woman, called Thanom Chakkapak, adapted a Cantonese garlic and chilli sauce recipe provided by one of the many Chinese immigrants settling in the area. Today Sriracha and the Flying Goose brand are known worldwide. Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo Sauce smashes the iconic recipe together with rich, creamy mayo to create a flavourful fusion.
